Yum Yum Pantry's catering team is skilled in both formal and informal culinary styles, and has considerable experience producing menus for a variety of occasions.
Our catering project directors would be happy to offer menu choices and advise
if you don't have any ideas about what kind of food you prefer.
They can also help with other aspects of your event, such as thematic concepts, food specifications, and protocol requirements.
When developing a menu, Yum Yum Pantry chefs utilise only the freshest produce and the finest cuts, all produced in house.
Previously known as El – Zeinab Catering and now known as Yum Yum Pantry Ltd, our mission has been the same since we opened our first outlet 18 years ago: to serve delicious, freshly made food while also maintaining the highest standards of service.
Flexible in approach, we offer a bespoke service allowing us to provide our customers with a personalised experience from start to finish. All contemporary food options can be catered for as well as the set-up, operation, and management of on-site canteen facilities.
We also provide high quality mobile catering services for a variety of industries, from large scale UK public transport projects to smaller retail and commercial development projects.
We have served a considerable number of customers and have always achieved great feedback. Many of our new customers come from recommendations from existing clients.
We are passionate about food and providing a top-class service to match. Using high quality equipment, in compliance with the latest health and safety regulations, all our staff are trained in delivering certified industry standard customer service.
We continue to grow as a business and will also be diversifying into the retail food sector whilst catering for shops, businesses, sporting, and other events. We believe this will be a natural extension of our core business and will allow us to further enhance our reputation and brand for fabulous food and great service.

Managing Director
Mohammad occupies a key position in upper management and works as a major figurehead in the company. After graduating from university, he began his career in retail management and then moved on to the new challenge of starting his own catering business in 2004.

Alina Stavar
Operations Manager
Alina has been working for the company for over 6 years and ensures customers have a pleasant experience and that employees follow protocols. Her duties include taking responsibility for the business performance, organising events, monitoring employees, and achieving sales targets.

Nancy Kadd
Assistant Manager

Mohmoud Abu Warda
Head Chef
Our chef Mohmoud is responsible for using his culinary expertise to create appetising dishes for our customers. He has over 10 years of experience working in different types of restaurants including Turkish, Lebanese, Mediterranean and English.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor and manage the culinary team
• Develop and plan menus and daily specials
• Create preparation lists for the kitchen crew
• Manage food costing and inventory
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
• Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
Daniela Sitaru
Daniela is responsible for processing store loyalty cards, coupons, and vouchers, taking payments and making sure the till reconciles at the end of the day. Whilst not working on the till, Daniela stocks shelves, checks stock and works on the customer service desk.
